This has been added recently. You can find the token usage + cost in each message, similar to v1. You can find the chat accumulated stats in the Inspector Pane > Tab Info.

The inline per-message cost is cool.
Could we eventually also have an option to have total cost of a conversation in the top bar like in v1? That would be a nice-to-have.

@Daniel Nguyen Appreciate that - but this is quite buried, and the sidebar takes up a lot of screen. Having this on the top bar is nice because it is a check against costly long running conversations.
